1. Information We Collect

In line with our commitment to protect your privacy, we limit the information we collect and store.

Transaction Information

In the ordinary course of providing our Services, we may process certain transaction information transiently. This may include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, on-chain activity, token types, network identifiers, and associated metadata. Where applicable, this information is managed and safeguarded by our respective third-party partners.

Contact Information

When you sign up for our waitlist, submit a support request, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your communications.

Identification Information

Where required for compliance purposes (such as Know Your Business or Know Your Customer verification), we may ask for additional information to verify your identity or the identity of your business. This information is handled and retained by our third-party verification partners and may include business registration details, legal entity name, address, authorized representative information, and government-issued identification.

Automatically Collected Information

We and our service providers may automatically collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, access times, and referring URLs. We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance service performance and store user preferences and session configurations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide the Services — processing transactions, operating our website and API, and communicating with you
  • To verify identity — conducting KYB/KYC checks where required by applicable law or our compliance obligations
  • To improve and maintain the Services — analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and enhancing functionality
  • For compliance and protection — enforcing our Terms of Use, complying with legal obligations, defending against legal claims, and identifying fraudulent or illegal activity
  • To communicate with you — responding to inquiries, sending service updates, and providing technical support

3. How We Share Your Information

Blockchain Transactions

When you use our Services to initiate blockchain transactions, certain information (including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and dates) may be published on public blockchains. Information on public blockchains is accessible to anyone and cannot be deleted.

Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate and improve the Services, including hosting and infrastructure providers, identity verification partners, email service providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. When we share data with service providers such as our identity verification partners, we do so solely to perform services on our behalf and at your direction. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Transaction information processed transiently is not retained beyond what is necessary for execution and compliance.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
